Standard Shipping

When your order is fulfilled, a shipping label will be generated. That label will create a tracking number which will be sent to you automatically. Each available shipping option will give you a general window of time for your shipment to be delivered but delays are very possible. We cannot expedite the shipping process once it leaves our doors. Canada Post will be able to help you track your order until delivery.

All Lifestyle goods are shipped within 6-12 business days.

Local Pick-Up

We offer local pick up options for anyone who will be in the Ottawa, ON, area. We are specifically located in Orleans. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pick up. Scheduled timed pickups must be arranged 2 hours prior to your arrival during daylight hours. If the package has not been picked up after 2 weeks, we will contact you directly to ensure you receive your order.

International Orders and Duties

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on out of Canada shipments. It is possible that they will occur so please be aware before purchasing. Our shipment labels are processed with Canada Post primarily. Once it passes customs, it is handed to a local courier. If you prefer to schedule a shipment with DHL, please message us directly to coordinate.
