What is 14k gold filled?

Gold Fill is composed of a solid layer of 14 karat gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass. Strict government regulation mean the gold must make up a minimum of 1/20 of the total weight of the piece. Gold-filled pieces are 50 to 100,000 times thicker than regular gold plating.

How do I care for my pieces?

14kt gold fill jewelry is meant to last many years, however it can appear discoloured if dirty from skin oil, exposure to air, build-up of lotions, chemicals and just daily wear. We recommend to polish your piece with a delicate cloth every few weeks.

For apparel, it is best practice to machine wash in cold water with the garment inside out.

For mugs, it is dishwasher and microwave safe.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Fulfilling orders can take between 5-7 business days. Apparel can be up to 12 business days.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

If there is an issue with your order, you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange. Full refunds are not available due to the nature of our online presence.

Apparel is final sale and cannot be exchange because they are made on demand.

How does local pick up work?

If you are located/able to pick up in Ottawa/Orleans, you can select local pick up at checkout. You'll receive a "shipment" email when your order is ready. In that automated email, you will see the instructions for picking up your order as well as the address.

How much do you donate per order?

My piece broke - what can we do?

Jewelry is always at risk of breaking. Our bodies are on the move and any unforgiving tug or pull can suddenly break a special piece. If the piece is less than 6 months old, I will repair it at no cost so long as all the materials are returned to the workshop. If it is older than 6 months, a repair fee will apply.

*PLEASE ensure that young children can be trusted with the bracelets and understand that pulling too hard can break it. Keep out of reach under 4 years of age as the loose beads are a chocking hazard*
