The Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative (CPMHC) was launched in 2019 by Jaime Charlebois and Patricia Tomasi, CPMHC’s current Executive Director.
Their mission is to improve and advance perinatal mental health in Canada.
They envision that all individuals and families are able to access the services they need to experience a mentally healthy perinatal period.

Flora’s Walk raises awareness and funds towards perinatal mental health in honour of Flora, a mother who took her own life 2 months post-partum due to psychosis.

Mother's Mental Health
A portion of your purchase of custom products is donated to the Perinatal Mental Health Program at The Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
CPMHC
A portion of your purchase from the CPMHC collection is donated directly to the cause.
CHEO Holiday Donation
Every time you purchase a DIY bracelet kit as a donation, the kit is given to a child in need at CHEO during the holidays. A portion of that same purchase is donated to UNICEF Canada.
